ABOUT US

Our History

Imppec was founded by Nick Price, our Managing Director, in 2014. After a career of over 30 years encompassing both financial and general operational management at Board level, Nick identified a gap in the the world of accountancy. Not being addressed commercially by the accounting practices on the High Street was the requirement for a  complete outsourced finance department for small to medium size businesses. Since inception we have supported an array of different small to medium size businesses and private individuals and at a vastly reduced cost compared to more traditional arrangements.   

Our Offering

We offer our clients a dedicated finance department with all of the functions normally only associated with large businesses. From basic bookkeeping right the way through to strategic financial strategy we aim to offer just about every finance function that a business might require. All of our functions are offered in a modular format so that our clients can select those which best suit their needs on a fractional basis and at a fractional of the cost of the full time equivalent.

Our services are provided on an "as and when needed basis" which means that our clients are not tied into any form of notice period or long-term contract - meaning that our services can simply be switched on and off as required.

Locality                                       We offer our services across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

"Not On The High Street"  We work on our clients premises or from our home offices. This keeps us close to your business and keeps our costs                                                             (and our fees!) under tight control.
